Tony Levin, well known for his excellent bass work for
King Crimson and
Peter Gabriel, will release his new solo record on 24 September. On this record, Tony uses the
Chapman Stick on both instrumental and vocal tracks. Therefore, the record is aptly titled
Stick Man.
Tony also plays regular bass, cello and keyboards on the record, as well as various other instruments. Drummer Pat Mastelotto from King Crimson plays a lot on the record as well.
