Liquid Tension Experiment are now confirmed to headline the Saturday night at the famous NEARfest (North East Art Rock Festival) event in 2008.
The supergroup (Dream Theater's Mike Portnoy, John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess, and Tony Levin from King Crimson) recently announced the release of Spontaneous Combustion, a collection of studio jam that were taped during the recording sessions of Liquid Tension Experiment 2.
Other bands confirmed so far for the tenth edition of the festival in Bethlehem, PA are Koenji Hyakkei from Japan, Echolyn and Discipline.
The festival will be held on June 21st and 22nd, 2008. Tickets go on sale in March 2008.
