The Flower Kings' new CD will be called
The Sum Of No Evil. The material has been mixed and mastered, and is ready for manufacturing. It is now available for pre-order
According to singer and guitarist Roine Stolt, it's going to be a real prog rock album. Lots of Hammond, Rhodes and Minimoog keyboards, "lots of cool busy drumming and bassing [...], just as a prog rhythm section should do". Roine sets high expectations by talking about "epic guitarleads", "grand symphonic prog" sections and a real prog epic ending with a long sustained final chord.
The new album is scheduled for release on September 29. The band will tour in Europe in November. They will be joined by
King Crimson drummer
